As your Wedding Coordinator, we are here to make sure your big day is seamless and stress-free so you can just enjoy the amazing wedding you put together. We will be the first to arrive at the venue on your big day to begin directing vendors for set up and there through the final formality of the event in order to make sure every aspect of your wedding is taken care of.
This Package includes:
Prior to your wedding
- Initial consultation
- Unlimited phone calls and emails during
the 2 weeks prior to your wedding day
- Final venue walk through prior to
your big day to go over wedding details
-Wedding day timeline and layout creation
- Confirmation of arrival and departure times with all other
vendors before the big day to ensure nothing goes amiss
- Organize and coordinate wedding ceremony rehearsal
Wedding Day
- Full personal decor set up of Ceremony and Reception sites
- Be a point of contact and direct vendors as they arrive to set up
- Processional line-up organization for ceremony
- Cue the DJ or musician for the start of the ceremony
- Organize grand entrance
- Oversee guest book and gift table
- Coordination of all other vendors during the event to ensure a flawless execution of the timeline
- Facilitate all formalities such as dances, toasts, cake cutting, ect.
- Deliver any final payments to vendors

The Final Details
Price ~ $3,000
This Package is designed for the couple that prefers to do most of the planning but does not want to stress leading up to their wedding day about all the final details. That's where we come in! We will be the main point of contact for all your vendors in the final six weeks and finalize the remaining details with all other vendors to make sure you have your dream wedding.

Prior to your wedding

the 6 weeks prior to your wedding day
- Final venue walk through 2-3 weeks prior to
your big day to go over wedding details
-Wedding day timeline and layout creation
- Main point of contact and confirmation of all details
with all other vendors in the final 6 weeks
before the big day to ensure nothing goes amiss
- Organize and coordinate wedding ceremony rehearsal

Partial Planning
Price ~ $6,000
This package is for the couple that already has their venue and date selected but would like guidance throughout the months leading to your wedding. We will provide a list of preferred vendors, unlimited communication throughout the wedding planning process, be the main point of contact for all your vendors in the final six months and finalize details with other vendors to make sure you have your dream wedding.

- Consultation to go over Wedding day details & Expectations
-Vendor Referrals right when you book us
-Unlimited phone calls and emails right when you book us
-Monthly reminder emails in the 6 months leading to your wedding
-Two additional planning meetings
