"Having the Love Brewery is like inviting a good friend to follow you around discretely on your wedding day—but better! Because, instead of my own friends or family having to ease my mind, coordinate vendors, keep the tempo, all whilst making sure I have food and drinks throughout the night, my friends and family were actually able to enjoy the entirety of the wedding day while the Love Brewery had my back. (Literally...they helped me with my bustle.) Having Hailey as my wedding planner was the best decision I could have made...besides marrying my husband, of course. She is very professional, poised, and slipped into the crowd to make the wedding run seamlessly. I tend to run on the anxious side, so I appreciate her calm demeanor. I was new to the area and my guests were going to be flying in from the other side of the country. I had no idea where to start, but Hailey made it all possible. Most important to me, she created and employed a wonderful wedding day timeline. She can accommodate any family dynamic and find solutions to any and all issues/problems—thank goodness! During the wedding, she ensured that my family and I knew when our key events were about to take place (i.e. entrances, speeches, dances, cake cutting...etc.). Her timeline allowed for changes on the fly, and I loved how the events unfurled. Thank you, Love Brewery!"

"As a couple that has many Type-A tendencies we were hesitant to seek out help in our wedding planning. It took a push from friends to consider looking for a day of coordinator; "This will make your wedding more enjoyable for you". Someone to handle the tiny details day of, and not really for planning the entire wedding. One of us was very skeptical about leaving such a large part of our important day up to a stranger!
We briefly met with Hailey from The Love Brewery in the middle of our wedding planning. Immediately she seemed to click with our personalities. She was very accepting of a couple that came to the table with spreadsheets and detailed plans for how they wanted their wedding to take place. Our skepticisms were almost immediately extinguished.
Over the course of the next few months Hailey kept in close contact with us and our vendors. At every turn when we needed something she was available. Thanks to Hailey our biggest stress in the logistics of the wedding day was "are we asking her to do TOO much?".
While we never anticipated depending on a wedding coordinator, Hailey became a sort of safety net for our planning and coordination. Without a doubt our wedding day would not have been perfect without her and her assistant.
The day of the wedding Hailey was omnipresent yet invisible to our guests. All while setting up decor, desserts, replenishing hors d'oeuvres, bussing tables, making sure vendors were in their right spot, keeping unwanted guests out, and coordinating schedules for toasts, cake cutting and other wedding activities. At any moment when we felt we had a question about "what was next" she would be right there with the answer ready.
Not only can you NOT go wrong with The Love Brewery, I would argue you are doing yourself a disservice to skip over them."

"Hailey is a superwoman with all she can accomplish! She was always on top of everything, and made our special day run seamlessly from start to finish. On top of her professionalism, she is the sweetest person and went above and beyond to ensure everything for our wedding was organized and ran smoothly. Her joy for what she does came through with everything. She did a phenomenal job managing our timeline, providing recommendations, working with our vendors, and ensuring every detail was set up perfectly, including a ballroom for over 250 guests and a good share of silly decorations around the foyer and terrace for cocktail hour. I don't know how she did it! Her thoughtfulness came through in every interaction we had with her, and we had complete confidence in her amazing skills and she did not disappoint! Thanks to Hailey, putting together this large wedding became pretty stress-free! "Hailey is as good as it gets when it comes to coordinating. The kindness she showed my fiance and I was what sold me. She is sharp and has kept in close contact with me throughout my entire (almost) year of planning, something most vendors don't really do. She's given us so much advice on all things wedding and has offered to help us even find vendors - totally not even her job to do! My favorite thing about Hailey is that she is such a great listener. That's an important quality to have as a business owner, especially as a planner. She hands you the reigns and lets YOU plan your wedding, she simply makes sure your plans go...as planned! :)

"There are absolutely no perfect words to describe just how much Jon and I adore Hailey. Our first phone call consisted of her asking genuine questions about myself, my now husband, our families, and our visions for our wedding. When I hung up the phone I looked at Jon and said, "That may be the sweetest human being ever." There was no question she was the one we needed to make this day happen. From there on she checked in with me often, took the time to facetime me and listen to me ramble, calmed all of my nerves, and never once batted an eye at any idea I came up with. The day of the wedding, I walked in before everyone arrived and the venue looked like everything I had been dreaming about and more... all thanks to Hailey and her amazing assistant. That entire night she took thoughtful care of us and never once did not have a smile on her face. It is obvious she loves her job, and cares immensely about the feelings of the couples she is working with. It's with the deepest sincerity that I say, Hailey should be everyone's go to for their wedding."

"Hailey was a fantastic wedding coordinator and we highly recommend her! From our initial point of contact through the day of the wedding (especially the day of), Hailey was supper responsive, efficient, professional and genuinely kind. She is great at what she does. Not only does she have great ideas/suggestions, (that were lifesavers during the planning process), but she is also on top of every last detail when it comes to day of coordination. Our wedding took place at a restaurant and was rather unconventional (no bridal party, no grand entrance, no parent dances, etc), so we were looking for a coordinator that got our vibe/feel and could roll with it. Hailey did just that and more! We literally did not have to worry about the execution/setup of the wedding on the day of because we knew Hailey (and her awesome assistant) would take care of it all. It was so comforting to know that she was handling everything at the venue and when we arrived, everything was as we had imagined. She made our timeline and was present at our final venue walkthrough as well. Thanks Hailey for putting us at ease and helping to make our wedding awesome! "
